We’re Still Celebrating! Come and celebrate with us July 8. Olive Branch Masonic Lodge No. 26 A.F. & A.M. Stated Meeting, Installation of Officers and Independence Day Celebration.
Olive Branch Lodge meets at the old 1840s Church complex between 3rd street and 2nd street (Park Road) in San Felipe, TX
Come and join us for our regular meeting, installation of new officers and a patriotic celebration of Independence day.
Dress is “patriotic clothes” suitable for the occassion. We will conduct our regular business, install new officers and conclude the event with a lunch of hot dogs, buns, chips, chili, beans, watermelon, brownies and Bluebell ice cream.
New committees can begin their deliberations over lunch and all can enjoy each other’s company until ready to go home.
TENTATIVE SCHEDULE
- Morning – Room set up and food service prep (around 10-10:30 am)
- Members arrival for stated meeting (around 11:00am to 11:30 am)
- KT presentation of the flag (noon)
- Stated Meeting Opens (around noon) and conducts routine business until installation of officers under new business.
- Installation of new officers (around 12:45 pm)
- Conclusion of meeting (around 1:30 pm)
- Lunch service, fellowship and committee work (somewhere around 1:30 - 2:00pm until the brethren disperse.)
