Agenda

• Our meeting time is at noon.

• The DDGM will make his official visit to the lodge at our stated meeting  

• The DDGM will meet at 11:00 AM with the Master and the Secretary to review a copy of the Form 990, a copy of the Audit Form, to review the minutes and any other business the Grand Lodge may require.

Olive Branch Lodge No. 26 is alive and conducting business.  Our next meeting will be October 14.  Please come and participate.  Please bring a friend and come and enjoy our "Lodge of Union."

Our basic goals:

☐ 1) Improve our membership by 21%.

☐ 2) Improve attendance by 25%.

☐ 3) Hold stated meetings on: Oct. 14, 2017; Jan. 13, April 14, and July 14, 2018.
✓ 4) Solicit volunteers to prepare, or plan for a light meal for each stated meeting.

☐ 7) File the 990 EZ form by Nov. 15.
