July 14, 2018 Stated & Open Meetings

Olive Branch Lodge No. 26 A. F. & A. M. will conduct its stated meeting on July 14 in the Sunday School building of the San Felipe Methodist Church in San Felipe, Texas. 

The Lodge will commence its labors with a noon fellowship luncheon followed by its stated business meeting from approximately 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. Requested dress is business casual, business attire, or as is becoming tradition for Olive Branch Lodge, Victorian era costumes of the Texas frontier.  

The Lodge will then conduct a Masonic open meeting to present awards, install new officers and to conduct an open house for public visitation.  At about  3:30 PM the Lodge will conclude its meeting, retire the lodge room and the members will repair to their usual vocations.  

Actual times may vary, but the bullets below provide an estimated schedule.

• Food service set up will commence between 10 and 11 am.  
• Member arrival and fellowship is anticipated between 11 am and noon.  
• Lunch will be served at 12:00 pm.  
• The stated meeting will commence at around 1 pm.  
• Visitors are invited to the open meetings and open house that will commence at around 2 pm.  
• The open house will conclude at around 3:30 pm.  
• The lodge room will be retired at approximately 3:45 pm.  
• The event is anticipated to be completed around 4 pm.

On the agenda for this business meeting will be committee reports and the discharge of the 2017-18 committees, communication from the Grand Lodge of Texas, other business, the conduct of the Masonic open meeting and open house, and the commencement of the 2018-19 Masonic year with the appointment of new committees and other necessary business.
