Our stated meeting in July will be eventful! Plan to bring your friends and your cameras for photo ops!- We will be having our regular stated meeting.
- We will be having installation of officers for 2019-20.
- We will be presenting a Community Builder Award in open meeting.
- We will be conducting an open house and displaying our lodge room, and the upper room, with explanatory placards.
It will be quite the event! Bring your friends, bring your cameras, and come enjoy the day. As is our lodge tradition, wear your Victorian era outfits if you desire, or just come and enjoy the day with us whether your have period clothing or not.
Our anticipated schedule will be:
LODGE MEMBERS- Before 11 am – social hour, set up and food prep
- Noon – Lunch for members and Masons; open stated meeting ASAP after lunch or by... 1:00 pm – Stated meeting for Masons for regular business.
- 1:45 pm – Close stated meeting.
OPEN MEETING FOR ALL
- 2:00 pm – Call OPEN Meeting of Olive Branch Lodge and invite the public to attend to the Installation of new officers, presentation of community builder award and time for open house.
- 2:00 pm – Installation of Officers;
- 2:30 pm – Community Builder award presentation
- Immediately afterward: Open house placards in the lodge room and in the upper room as our Masonic open house.
- 3:30 pm – Public portions conclude and clean up begins.
